Hi,

We have been working on 11.1.2.1 last few weeks and everything was working perfectly. But suddenly we got an error when we tried to access Application/ Dimension library from workspace.

When we tried to access the below link:
http://:19091/awb/

It gaves us the error as follows:

error - 503 : service unavailable.

Loading the module 'awb.appcontainer' failed.

Code: org.apache.axis.AxisFault

Description: An error occurred processing the result from the server.

Please help us out.

Check the windows event viewer after starting the EPMA server service as it may give some clues, also check the EPMA web app logs

If everything was working perfectly before, and all of a sudden EPMA is not available it is one of 3 things:

EPMA was configured to point to an IP instead of a logical server name and the machine was first rebooted prior to this happening
Services hung, and all services need to be brought down and come back up.

Although everytime I have seen this happen in a working environment, it has been because one of the EPMA services crashed, or the EPMA services were not started in the correct order.

I would restart all services and make sure you start them in the proper order. This is almost certainly not something major.
